Session 3 of the “Savvy & Prepared Communities” Town Hall Series reinforces that protection from wildfire doesn’t fall solely on firefighters – it is a community-wide responsibility that must be an ongoing effort. Featured guest speaker Sheryl Drinkwater will present “Be Ember Aware – Practical Steps to Strengthen Your Home Against Wildfire”. Additionally, Wendy Tokuda will be joining us to share her vast experience leading community fire safety vegetation projects (such as those associated with Friends of Sausal Creek and East Bay Regional Parks).
