Alameda County Coordinator Meet-and-Greet

• Saturday • 11:00am-3:30pm 

Connect with your fellow stakeholders about wildfire resiliency and preparedness, meet the new interim Alameda County Coordinator Chris Cullander*, and discuss the County Coordinator’s work and purpose. The event, hosted by Berkeley Fire Department and Hayward Fire Department, will include a Q&A session, catered food, and a tour of the new Hayward Fire Training Center. *For over 30 years, Chris has focused on being an active community leader in wildfire mitigation. He brings a wealth of experience to this role as:

  • A member of Berkeley FireSafe Council, on the Education & Preparedness and Development Committee
  • A CERT trainer
  • Former Berkeley Path Wanderers Association (BPWA) Board
  • A participant in many Northern Alameda County (NALCO) ARES/RACES BFD Red Flag Warning fire patrol days
